We value your confidence when purchasing from us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which luxury watches and related products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for return, the watch must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be returned in original condition
- Include original packaging, manuals, tags, certificates, and accessories
Returns may also be accepted if the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective
- Was incorrectly shipped
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, or modified
- Custom or special-order watches
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- Include clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable and insured shipping service
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

- If approved, refunds are issued within 15 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Note: Original shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

- Shipping damage
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
