01. ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Placing an order on our website is simple and secure. Browse our curated collection of luxury watches and select the timepiece you wish to purchase. Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking number when your watch ships.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
High-value or limited-edition watches may require brief verification before shipment
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
